Cliff Kroesen is the director of Kroesen & Co. Lawyers having offices in both Beaudesert and Bundall and is an experienced lawyer with a special interest in the areas of Wills and Estates. Cliff has a background involving both city and country practice which has provided the opportunity to work on a wide variety of estate matters.

Cliff takes a personalised approach to matters and understands that dealing with a lawyer is a rare occurrence for many members of the community. Cliff uses plain language and endeavours to make complex legal matters easy to understand.

Cliff handles matters personally, which is an advantage, opposed to larger, more impersonal law firms.

Whether advising on a contested will, administering a large estate, or simply obtaining probate, Cliff will ensure that you receive the right advice promptly and at a fair price. Cliff takes pride in his advocacy skills and enjoys representing clients in the various courts and tribunals.

Cliff has studied both in Brisbane, where he completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Rural Technology at the University of Queensland Gatton College, A Graduate Certificate in Applied Law at the University of Queensland St. Lucia and on the Gold Coast, completing his Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University and his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University. Cliff is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on the Supreme Court of Queensland, the High Court of Australia and is part of the Queensland Law Society. Cliff enjoys being a part of the Gold Coast Legal Community, and is President of the Gold Coast District Law Association.

Outside of work Cliff serves in the Royal Australian Air Force Reserve as a Legal Officer holding the rank of Flight Lieutenant. Cliff’s other hobbies include his lifelong interest in horse drawn vehicles and classic cars and enjoys restoring both. On weekends Cliff is usually found out at his farm.
